The Steingroever family and thus MPS look back on a constant development of fluxmeters and coils during the past 40 years. The devices have been equipped with the latest technology and further developed constantly according to the most-recent knowledge. The electronic fluxmeter EF 5 is the latest fluxmeter which unifies all requirements of the market. We offer a wide range of gaussmeters. It covers simple, user-friendly hand-held gaussmeters to High-Tech 3-channel-device. Between these there are further gaussmeter models to carry out a multitude of applications.

- Hysteresisgraphs
Our hysteresis loop tracers PERMAGRAPH C® and REMAGRAPH C® are using two fluxmeters: One fluxmeter to measure the magnetic polarisation and a second fluxmeter for the magnetic field strength. Therefore a gaussmeter is not required.
This method offers the following, important advantages:- At hard magnetic materials field strength and polarisation are measured with only one combined coil system. As no space for the Hall probe is required samples of 1 mm thickness can be measured.
- Measuring faults due to the non-linearity of the characteristic line of the Hall sensor do not arise when the field strength is measured with measuring coil and fluxmeter.
- The field strength of soft magnetic materials is measured directly on the surface of the sample by means of a potential coil. So measuring faults, which might occur in case of measurements with a Hall probe by the side of the sample, can be avoided.

The PERMAGRAPH® C is a measuring system for the measurement and analysis of hysteresis curves of hard magnetic materials according to international standard IEC 60404-5, ASTM A977, DIN 10332 (formerly DIN 50-470).
