Magnetizing fixtures for reliable magnetization
Benefit from high quality magnetizing fixtures from MAGNET-PHYSIK. Our magnetizing fixtures are individually made to the customer’s specification or product. Our customers prefer to mount magnets as long as they are not magnetized and magnetize them in their product. This brings a lot of advantages for the production process. We simulate the required magnetization fixtures in FEM calculations and can predict the expected magnetizing result.
In general, a distinction is made between the following magnetizing types: For single magnets, both the axial magnetization and the diametric magnetization come into question. For multipole systems, the magnetization is either at the outer circumference, at the inner circumference or directly on the surface. To give you an overview, we have provided the following graphics as to how the magnetization can look like.
